I don't dry brush much since a while ago, because I think it's not realistic at all. Are the bolts and high angles really 5 times lighter than the base paint - I don't think so... That's only my opinion :)
Even though you can use very light dry brushing to pick up the detail after an oil wash, but many modelers go too far with the technique, which makes the model look... not so good.

After all, a light dry brushing might be a good way to pick up bolts etc, but it is so easy to exaggerate, so it needs to be done with care!
