Hey folks !
Am I missing something here or has The Trend declared to be The Law without anyone telling me?
I mean, I use both airbrush weathering AND pigments on my models, without ever having stood still by the question of 'should I do either the one, or the other?'.
Nothing wrong in using both is there? :))
Adding a new technique like dusting with pigments in conjunction with more established techniques like airbrushing dust sounds to me like real progress....of which luckily there is a lot to see on TrackLink.
Simply swapping one technique for another is not necessarily the same kind of progress, in my humble opinion.
Happy Modelling, wished on you all by a victim of a severe bout of flu with lots of modelling asscociated items like plenty of Green Stuff plus wet-n-dry Grade 200 choking in my throat, sniff.
