Jerry
Just going slightly off-topic - I have had varying degrees of succes with my various airbrushes, depending on the media involved, (enamel vs acrlyic). However, I got some advice from a guy when I got into bother with one of my brushes and he took it off me in the middle of spray job he was doing, set it up in the blink of an eye and then continued spraying with the (enamel) colour he was using. After about ten minutes, whilst we were talking, he changed colour pots, had a quick "squirt" off model to "clear" the previous colour in the brush, then continued with the next colour. Is this normal?
If I'm doing more than one colour on what ever the subject happens to be I practically strip the brush down before any other colour goes near it, which is ultimately very tedious. Am I going a bit over the top? Is this guys method considered "the norm"?
Any comments greatly appreciated.
Cheers from Blighty
