How much extra work would really be done to strip the vehicle (fenders, tools and spare tracks) before painting, and would they really have taken the effort to camouflage the road wheels on tracked vehicles with overlapping road wheels? I've seen photos showing both the "deluxe" and "basic" paint jobs, but what was common practice?
