Hi Scott,
If you ask me, it's far better for you to paint the areas white where
the stripes go, then mask over this and paint your cammo. Now, the trick
is HOW you mask. About the only thing I ca suggest due to the complex
contours of the tank is to use a combo of tape and liquid mask to get
the results you are after. There will be some touching up to do, but
it's better to touchup the cammo than trying to paint them white
stripes.
I too have the skif T-64, but it's the earlier "A" version so I hope to
hear how well this kit went together, what troubles you had and so on.
