I've had similar problems with my Aztec 470,as I use acrylics. The brush would clog after only a few minutes of spraying, regardless of what nozzle I was using. I tried numerous variations of paint consistency with the same results. I tried different paints, MM Acryls, Tamiya acrylic, Gunze Sanyo, always the same thing.

I gave up and went to a Badger 200. Been using it steady for two weeks without a single clog.
