The Army uniform has been very popular and well received. The new Air Force uniform, due out pretty soon is very similar to the Army uniform but is more of a tiger stripe design and has more gray in it. The Navy also has one in development, but the test models I've seen were not a digitized pattern and used various shades of blue.
A lot of the changes being incorporated into these uniforms are the result of recent combat and are much more functional when wearing body armor. For example the two lower shirt pockets have been eliminated and moved to the shirt sleeves so you can use them while wearing armor. Many people were removing them from the desert uniform and sewning them on their sleeves already, so they just included that idea. The Army and USMC uniforms also have pockets sewn into the elbows and knees that allow you to insert elbow and knee pads (a very very nice option when you are dropping on the ground and crawling around or bouncing around in vehicles.
