Dear Fellow modellers
Have any of you experience with a product called Scenic Rust sold by deluxe materials? I tried using it on the inside of an abandoned tank. Mixed my metal powder, binder (PVA?) and developer and awaited developments. Result a few bits or rust, some coppery bits, but largely an inert mess! What went wrong?
Any thoughts?
