I've only heard of this as an RAF aircraft camo colour, used in the Med - unlike the dark earth / dark green topside camo of Battle of Britain fame, planes in warmer climes were painted the same Dark Earth but with a lighter Beige tone as the second disruptive colour. Usually with pale blue undersides - very attractive scheme for planes!
Anyway, this means that the colour is easily available ready-mixed in a number of paint ranges, Xtracolour / Xtracrylix for example, or Agama or whatever. It should also show up on most model paint colour conversion charts ... |
