It's not as bad as it seems. Just post here or on other DG's and try to get either rubber wheels from someone or a regular, non-chin type mantlet (the Tamiya one might fit). You can do the kit as is but with the rounded mantlet, or do rubber wheels with the chin. Or the rubber wheels with that last station as a steel wheel. So it's not like it's a bad kit or a total write-off. Perhaps you'll find someone else who wants your wheels or your mantlet and you can do a trade. Don't get so down....my fellow modelers have bailed me out of similar straits many times.
