No, it was the Dragon Panther Ausf. F kit that included two sets of wheels (Dragon's steel wheels and a set of Italeri's rubber rimmed wheels), but the Ausf G kit only included one set in the Shanghai Dragon boxing. This was old Gunze Sangyo kit with nice quality plastic parts repalcing the poor white metal parts in the original "High Tech" release.
Also Tamiya's steel wheel Panther includes two sets of wheels, so one can be saved to dress up the Dragon kit. The Tamiya steel wheel Panther kit includes the correct mantlet and symmetrical engine air grills.
