OUCH.

Don't know where you live, etc., but I got mine about 1.5 years ago from dixieart.com, for around $150. I just checked their site, and most of the Iwatas are still in that range, plus free shipping in the US (if that's where you are). I'd return it and order from them and save yourself $100.
