After going through the IWM database I found photos of some A13 crusers said to be on a fireing range on Malta. As these were in an overall sand/portland stone finish they may have been just passing through.
As for the Malta cammo, the brick outlines were probably green (one of the early British shades) or possably the later brown base shade. Most definitily not black. |
