Paul,

You can get it from Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-mart, K-mart, etc...it's usually in the paint section, by the thinners and brush cleaners and such. It's available in 1qt. cans up through gallon jugs. (I said jugs! :) This is a good source for bulk thinner, mineral spirits, acetone, laquer thinner and various other sundry solvents.
One thing though...I have never had good luck compatibility-wise trying to thin model paint with these products, so I just use them for cleaning duties.
