from the sound of your question, i think you might be approaching washes like drybrushing, where you're using a variation of the base color. when i think of a wash, its usually a "black wash."
i think what you mean to say is FILTER, not wash, correct? you're looking for a good color to thin down and apply as a filter over the base camo colors? i would suggest using some sort of earth tone to suggest sun fading, or since its the road-wheels then dust/dirt. |
