I'm assuming you're talking about the marks left from doing acrylic washes? Try picking up Acrylic retarder (sometimes called "Slo-dri" if bought from Liquitex, or "extender" in that it extends the drying time), and/or A flow aid Fluidicant. Helps break down surface tension...
