John,

That is exactly the air brush I am using an Iwata Custom Micron SB with the .18mm tip. I have no issues with Tamiya paints with this brush, nadda! I chose this brush because I want super fine control for post shading and camo. The Vallejo does spray fine through my Aztec, but the Aztec wont do what I want it to do - thus the switch back to Tamiya paints. I have done everything Vallejo reccomends and it is still a pain to have to stop every 2 minuted to clean the needle. On Vallejo's own website they say this is necessary! Besides all the above, I find the tamiya paint much more durable when set than the vallejo. For figures and brush painting I still love the Vallejo - infact Tamiya paint is unsuable this way, but for the AB Tamiya is King.
