If you can, it's worth having a look at http://www.whiteensignmodels.com - they've got a pretty good range of WWII British colors, and they're also a source of the Mike Starmer books with the color chips. I believe he advised them when they were formulating the colors. This includes all of the colors you list above. I don't have the Starmer books myself, although I wish I did :-) I have, however, bought the White Ensign paints and have been very pleased with them.
For Humbrol mixes, though, try http://www.mafva.org.uk where you essentially get Mike Starmer's originally Humbrol recommendations and a lot of information that's in the booklets. In many cases he's declared the Humbrol mixes "obsolete" where White Ensign now make a ready mixed version of the color.
Hope this helps.
