Hello TL'ers!

ANOTHER PANTHER QUESTION!

The very famous pic. of a totally destroyed Panther ausf. A outside the Colonge Cathedral seems to be lacking Zimmerit. I have two reference shots, one in the last page of Squadron's Panther in Action.

Is it me or does the Panther ausf. A seem unnaturally smooth?

What possibilities are there of "naked" Panther ausf. A's or D's in the latter stages of the war? What gives?
