| Subject: | Re: Vallejo Stone Texture For Zimmeritt | |

Hi there Steve,
I have tried this along with some of the other vallejo pastes.
It will not work due to the fact that it is to soft and will not hold the small zimmerit ridges. It is however very pratical to use it for various other diorama applications. Compare it to acrylic gel medium.
I did not try mixing in other stuff such as chalc to make it thicker.
(Tamiya or Squadron) Putty covered with liquid glue, zimm-it-rite or even certain glues will give far better results.
Vallejo putty while being very pratical is also too soft to use for zimmerit.
