Martin is correct as far as PC went. The RAL 6003 color is the same as RLM
62 which was part of the early Luftwaffe camo scheme of RLM 62 olivgrün/RLM
61 dunkelbraun/RLM 63 hellgrau. When that scheme was changed to the
65/70/71 scheme the RLM 62 was used for buildings and installations. Also,
IIRC, RAL 7021 dunkelgrau is the same as RLM 66 schwarzgrau.
