HI.

I've done interiors by painting the base color, then using some dark washes on the floor, then drybrushing any texture a bit. Apply dust and/or mud liberally depending on the scene/area the vehicle is in. Areas where someone ALWAYS puts their foot should be cleaned off, and potentially have the paint worn off.
