I do not have the recipe but i can suggest to mix the colours according to taste. try and error. and to make it easier you can even mix Tamiya with Gunze and probably other acrylic paints.

Do not hesitate to mix your own colours. Local weather influences (sun, rain, dust ect.) will change and bleech the flat finish of military equipment.
I am always amused by comments of the so called "Experten" about wrong colours of WW II models. Comments of individuals who weren´t even born when the war was. They claim to know how the thing looked like, from knowledge they got from books.......

try to get as much colour photo reference as possible and mix your own paint, but make enough for the complete model!
