Please take this as good natured, friendly advice, I don't want my post
to sound rude or offensive.

For your information, I have been posting on Track-Link for several
years now, leaving a valid name and E-Mail address in my posts and
reviews and never received any spam.

I think the main reason for that is that webmaster Paul Owen has
designed this site to make life very difficult for E-Mail collecting
robots.

If I ever received a few spam messages, I'd just delete them without
reading them.

IMVHO it just plain old courtesy to leave one's name and E-mail in a
posting header.

If you feel the risks are so great you can't be polite, then it might
be better for you not to post at all.
