Taylor,
I believe you are correct. As I mentioned in my earlier reply some of the tanks may still retain the earlier jungle camo scheme that has the yellow stripe. The picture is of a Type 97 knocked out in the flats of Saipan during the ill-fated June 17th night attack. There is a Ha-Go light tank in the background.
