Here's the way to mix Sepia from Einion Rees:

I had my suspicions and they appear to have been correct :-) If the colours
Roger lists are typical Sepia is simply a blend of Mars Yellow (PY42),
English Red Oxide or similar (PR101) and Mars Black (PBk11).

But Sepia is made by several companies My tube is from Sennelier and
Rembrandt, W&N and Old Holland make it. But if you are having trouble
finding it you can order it from Daniel Smith online:

with a choice of at least four different brands. This is a great store for
all art supplies. And don't hesitate about ordering the DS brand, they are
excellent.
