OK, while on the subject of M18's (see "reaserch.ww2" forum), I have an
important question to ask before I proceed to paint the interior and
close up the hull and turret for good. So anyway, what color should I
paint the hull interior? All white, all olive drab, or white with olive
drab floor?
I know this may sound like a basic question, but I just don't know
anymore. AFV Club's box sides show a white interior (including turret,
which somehow makes me doubt their reliability), but I also remember a
discussion quite some time ago here where soemone stated that US Army
regulation directed that the floor of all open-topped AFV's be painted
olive drab - for obvious cammo purposes!
So, can someone help me out with this, or should I hire an interior
decorator?
