First off, you have a nice reliable airbrush. Good luck with it. As for the 3 types of head assemblies, as I recall the H1 is a fine head, H3 is medium and H5 is heavy. You can use any and all of them to spray Tamiya Acrylics. Generally you can use the H3 medium head for general painting, namely base coats. You will use the H1 head for finer lines. I recommend a 50/50 mix of paint to thinner for general painting and you can adjust your compressor to about 20 - 25 psi. Unfortunately I don't know the equivalent bar. For finer spraying you can increase the amount of thinner and reduce the pressure in your compressor. Hope this helps.
