Well, if you are talking about how to make it dusty, then it depends on
how you are weathering the rest of the vehicle. If you want to make
people notice the windshield wiper path, then place a piece of masking
tape on the windshield in the right place and then weather the rest of
the clear parts as you did the rest of the vehicle, whether its dry
pastels or washes of burnt umber and dry brushing If you pastelled, then
you have to be very careful lifting off the tape, but the effect is
pretty good.
