Squadron's 'Italian Armored Vehicles of WWII' is a good start for the exterior painting. There is a brief section at the end discussing coloring and camo. Unit markings of tanks, SPGs, ACs, etc. are called out throughout. There are also several pages of color plates included. A specific interior color is not listed. Squadron also publish 'Italian Medium Tanks in Action' which is similar though not as in depth. Texts can be found at www.squadron.com.
