Hi David,
Flat white was not a common color for use on insides of German tanks.
The correct shading is called "Hell Elfenbein" which translates into "Light Ivory"
There is quite a lot of book reference on this color, also for the Pz III Achtung Panzer Vol. 2 Panzerkampfwagen III has several color pages with Light Ivory on the insides of both a restored III at Saumur France as well as a non-restored III at Aberdeen Proving Grounds USA.
To obtain this shade from the MM range I suggest you mix one part Flat Radome Tan with about eight parts Flat White.
