Hi Aris,
if your paint gets foamy(creating bubbles in the paint-tub of your paintbrush) after loading the airbrush and spraying a bit, this definitly points in the direction of your nozzle beeing glogged by paint.
To avoid that, I use a .35 mm nozzle for bigger jobs and my .15 mm only for smaller. Nevertheless I've got to break for cleaning sometimes. To my experience the vallejo-thinner doesn't thin the paint a lot as it has a very similar viscosity...
