Volker!!
You was very right in your other post about nozzle problem....I almost lost that point, but you are right.
The problem is that Vallejo dry very fast in the end of the nozzle, and it affects to the paint work and also can appear the bubble problems.
To fix that, I always work without the final ring of my airbrush, and each few minutes I clean the nozzle head with a cotton cloth with cleaner. It is tired in the begining , specially if you are used to Tamiya, but is the only way.
About your other point, Voker...the thinner issue:
This problem come because not all thinner productions has the same consistence. I have more than 30 different thinner bottles here, and maybe only a 20 or 30 % has the right disolution (enought thin as you say) Seems that when they make this product is in good conditions, but I thought that due to the hot of my country it become more thick. But I thought that is only my problem, and I never thought about to tell them something.
Now that I can see that this problem is very common, is time to warning them.
Of course, not everybody can buy 30 jars just to find few of then in good conditions. :-(
But when I tested with a good thinner it was working very well, and ofc ourse, much better than with water. (I don't means that the paint is more thin or not, just that the comportament is better over the surface)
Anyway, any alternative is always good if its work well.
But definitly, the origen of the problem in the begining of this topic is about a very small nozzle hole combinated with "maybe" bad disolution (too thick paint) and who know, maybe that the paint dry in the end of the nozzle.
Very good points of view from all you
