Lance and Jim, thank you both for the helpful advice. I think my biggest gains will come through practicing on the old shells of past projects. I believe I am at a disadvantage, though, as the only airbrush I have is a baseline Badger model - with no special tips, and powered by a canister of compressed air. But I'll practice a bit and see how it goes. Thanks!
