OK, so I can go ahead and do the "Wash" Filtering as I would do a normal wash with out adding a clear coat. Just wanted to make sure if as I was not sure if it made a differnce on the apperance of the filtering of the base coat.

I am trying a little of everyones style to see what works for me. Between what I have read here and in books, everyone has a somewhat similar technic depending on the desired outcome.
