Paul,
If you are using the Model Masters DULLCOAT in the bottle, then thin in 60/40 with lacquer thinner, 60/40 -- 60 lacquer thinner and 40 dullcoat. I have used it for years and thats all I have ever used, and it give me a very very flat finish. I have never had problems with it, but thinning it is the key to getting it flat. Make sure to put it in a seperate container and shake it VERY well. |
