Try your local Hardware store for Tiling Grout which you can get in 1kg bags of various earth shades including a brick red and a red brown perfect for parts of RVN. Its cheap and can be used for as per pastels although I would not recommend airbrushing it. It can be mixed with thinners or white spirit for washes , applied as a powder and mixed with water and plaster for groundwork. Beware when mixing with water as this is essentially concrete. A concrete suppliers also has the same colours but in tubs of pigment. A very economical source of weathering. This is the same stuff ANVIL were selling when they were around.
