well, assuming that the crew is wearing the typical panzer uniform, it would be black with pink piping. of course, you'd be better off painting the uniform a very dark grey, since black things never look black, right? so you paint the uniform a really good dark grey, maybe a soot grey or something, then you can use straight black for the shadows and a slightly lighter grey for the highlights.
