Chuck,
I have recently started using Vallejo paints.I believe they were initially formulated for figure painting. The pigment is quite thick but the paint can be diluted with water or alcohol. The accompaning guide with the paints state that the final result leaves no brush strokes. I totally agree with this.
A major attraction for me was the vast amount of military colours contained in the sets. I have also recently started using their model air range.
The paints are solvent free and easily cleaned.
I hope this has been of some use to you.
Regards,
Ruairi |
