I wish I could give you specifics but years ago I tried it. I used it over top of a gloss coat that I had used for decal applying.
For some reason it caused the paint to crackle!
I am unsure why and cannot even tell you what Gloss coat I had used under the krylon matte. But since this happened I never used it again and went back to using Testor's gloss and dullcote |
