Hi Paul
as a semi-professional model builder I have owned a Paasche turbine brush for many years without major problems.
however keep in mind that this airbrush is a specialist tool, unsuitable for normal model building. the airbrush is designed for use with inks and other highly diluted viscous liguids. Normal diluted model paints CANNOT be used without a high risk of splatter or worse a completely blocked tool.
whilst it is normal to dissasemble a conventional airbrush for cleaning purposes without major issues the procedure with the turbine brush is vastly different and will for most people result in damage to the tool. Keep in mind that the cost and availability of parts is horrendous. also keep in mind that the demands on the compressor are very different to a conventional airbrush, with most hobby compressors totally unsuitable
In short I would leave this specialist tool to professional illustrators and buy a top of the range Iwata airbrush if you want a fine line capacity without the trauma involved in a turbo brush.
hope this assist you
