I have been eyeing this airbrush up for a few months now, and I am as up in the air as you are, I think. I originally read a review in Military in Scale from England which rated this airbrush as excellent, although the model they reviewed did not have the MAC air control, which one would believe would only make it all the better. As the Micron is PDE (pretty d#%n expensive) I kind of hoped this would be a nice alternative, seeing as though I personally lack the skills and time to put the Micron to work. I am currently using an ancient Badger fatty - the pro model from years gone by that I nabbed from my ad agency when we did some house cleaning - all digital now, don't you know. I don't think I answered anything here, just 2 cents, but the review I read indicated it's a nice brush, albeit not up to snuff with the Micron (what is?) But the attractive price and Iwata name make this an enticing product... Mulling it over for the better part of 3 months, and continuing to do so - the figure/train vs. Model rating flummoxes me to no end. I've been thinking about posting about this - is there any way a comparison with real world data can be used - I mean besides "get the micron - it will rock your world" type of stuff. Absolutely no offense intended, I am simply curious as to whether this is a nice upgrade to my Badger, and how a Paasche, Harder and Steenbeck, Aztec, and others compares. The HP-CH is at the top of my list, however.

Wow, a ton of words for very little info. Sorry. Any help from youse guys (in my best NEPA coal cracker accent)?

tanks.
