Its sort of the opposite of Micro Set and Micro Sol. With Set and Sol you put the Set on first then follow with the Solvent. With the Gunze stuff its Softner then Setter.

I don't find that stuff works much on Tamiya decals (its formulated for Hasegawa's plank decals). I use the Micro Set/Sol product or cut to the chase and use Solvaset. If Solvaset doesn't work nothing will. Plus its one step...
