Yes, and I found it tends to do bad things to acrylic finishes. I ruined one model with this stuff, and a few beaters trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. For the record, I was applying over Tamiya acrylics with no primer, sealed with Future. It didn't seem to matter much whether I waited a week or a month. It worked slightly better over primed surfaces, and models painted with other brands (like Polly Scale). Strangely, it worked rather well over Tamiya Olive Drab. But over Desert Yellow, it caused a great deal of "crazing" and wrinkling of the paintjob. I won't use it again and risk another kit.

Damon.
