By 1941 there was two colors: RAL 8000 (base color) and RAL 7008 (secondary color) the last one was intended to cover only 1/3 of the tanks, theorically, not so used in the practice... In 1942 two new colors were introduced: RAL 8020 (base color) and RAL 7027 (secondary color)... The same as the previous colors... I think you can use either color, depending on the period, of course... Most regards.
