Hampus,
i have an Aztek 470 all plastic airbrush and i have not used it for maybe 4 years now.
I switched to a full metal airbrush Triplex by Gabbert. I am very satisfied with it, using a Revell Omega compressor.
The Triplex is made in Germany and i take it to maintnance every year when the manufacturer himself comes to the Mainz model show.
I even got a second one (second choice model) when i was on such a show.
I had huge problems with my aztek, mainly the same as you have and one major damage, when one f...ing plastic piece inside broke of. I did fix it but of course lost my warranty (i knew that, but needed the gun and could not wait weeks for replacement).
With a metal gun this will not happen. Repairs are easy, metal is more resistant than plastic, o-rings can be changed ect.
