Hi Hampus
I think the trouble You have is mainly caused by the Vallejo Air color which dries really fast, faster than most other colors and tends to clog the muzzle. I guess it doesn't matter what kind or brand of airbrush You take. There's a tread about Vallejo Air color on this site in the modeling/painting section starting on July 31st 2007, which I can recommend You to read. I think most of Your questions will be answered by the posts there.
