I airbrused Mig pigments with no major issues. I wanted to airbrush them on with a binder, for a dusty look without having to dust and then fix them in place. I mixed them with Testors Clear Flat laquer and some laquer thinner. They sprayed very well. its VERY easy to over do the effect, so go slow.
You can also mix pigments with any liquid solvent... alcohol, minieral spirits, etc.
I have applied pigments in a wash with a brush and then rubbed them off to leave "dirt and dust" in the cracks and crevices of the vehicle model. |
