Hi Robert,

Thank you for contacting me recently regarding this problem. For the benefit of everyone here I'll repeat my response here.

As I mentioned in my correspondence you have a defective product. We've gotten some bad printing lately but this particular sheet got past me. The problem is that the ink was not thoroughly cleaned before the adhesive was applied so essentially what you have here is ink residue.

You can try some alcohol on a Q-tip to remove the residue. If that doesn't work, you will have to remove the transfers and apply new. The transfers can be lifted off with tape. It's a tedious process, but it will work. You may have to use the alcohol to remove the stubborn residue.

This is personally embarrassing to me but like I tell everyone, no one can guarantee that everything they sell is perfect but what Woody Vondracek guarantees is that he'll do whatever it takes to make things right if you ever have a problem with anything you buy from us.

As soon as I get your mailing address there will be a replacement sheet in the mail to you.

There is no need to return anything. You've been inconvenienced more than enough already.
