| Subject: | IDF Shot Centurion (AFV Club) paint colours | |

Hello guys,
I have just purchased AFV Clubs' IDF Shot Centurion 1967 early type. The instructions state that the tank is to be painted 'sandy yellow'. I use Tamiya or Vallejo paints.
Does anyone know which paints I should use to accurately represent this version of the Centurion?
Also the kit didn't come with a canvas cover for the gun mantlet but the artwork depicts this as being present. This is not a criticism of the kit though. Would these canvas covers have been present on all Israeli Centurians in 1967? If so would two part epoxy putty be appropiate to build one?
I normally build 1/35 WW2 but I decided on a change! I find research is sometimes just as enjoyable as the build.
Many thanks in advance!
